I was diagnosed with ADHD after I turned 40. For most of my life before that, I thought I was just lazy, not motivated and easily distracted, too emotional, and not quite living up to what I knew I was capable of.
Turns out there was a word for it. Several words, actually. And learning them changed everything—not overnight, but slowly, in the way understanding yourself always does.
This site is where I write about that process—the awkward bits, the funny bits, and the bits that are both at once. I also made a digital planner that works the way my brain works — you can find it in the Shop.
If any of this sounds familiar, you're in the right place.
